If your player can not play the downloaded music file, it maybe the files format is wrong, please see the User Manual to check which music format are support. Or, it maybe the music files bit rate is too high, please see the User Manual to check the range of bit rate supported by player. Or, the downloaded file is with virus, please format the player using FAT file system to kill the virus.

| Why is there no lyrics indication for songs downloaded from the Internet? |
A: To demonstrate the lyrics, there are two requirements: (1) The songs for downloading should have lyrics with themselves; (2) The Lyrics Synchronous switch should be open; (3) The name of lyrics to be downloaded should be in accord with the file name of songs, and the file suffix of lyrics should be .lrc (For more information, please refer to: www.51lrc.com)

If your player's headphones don't work or have static or garbled audio, try connecting them to any other stereo headphone jack, like the one on your computer. If the issue with the headphones persists, replace them. If the issue appears to be with the player, try to upgrade. If that doesn't work, repair or replace the player with the local distributor

If during this period the product suffers some defect due to the materials used or a manufacturing defect, this product will be serviceable by supplier. • Within the first 3 months, any defective items would be replaced by a new one and sent back to buyer. • Within the rest of warranty time, any defective items would be repaired and sent back to buyer. • Products accessories are not included in the range of warranty.

| How long is the lead time? |

| What is T/T? |
The telegraphic transfer(T/T)---cable transfer or wire transfer---is the equivalent of a cash payment that can be credited directly to the seller's account (the name and address of the seller's bank and the seller's bank account number are required by the buyer's bank). It is fast and safe. Unlike a payment by cheque or bank draft, in which the mailing time alone may take several days to few weeks, plus the clearing time of 3 to 4 weeks for a total of about 4 to 6 weeks before the seller may receive the cash, by means of T/T the seller may receive the cash in a few hours or days.
